As the owner of Jon Seddon Photography, I have a mission to help aspiring photographers become the best they can be so that they can unlock their true artistic potential and feel fulfilment from their photography. I run photographic workshops in the UK with the main focus on the Dorset and East Anglian coasts where I have spent many hours, both as a child and as an adult, learning about the natural beauty of these locations. Our workshops provide an end-to-end experience for our guests. This begins before each workshop starts with a phone call to each guest so that I can assess their needs and understand their expectations. I insist on no more than four guests per tutor so that we can provide one to one tuition in the field. I am happy to work with photographers at any level and encourage learning through experimentation. I can teach anything from camera setup, obtaining correct exposure, assisting with composition or more advanced techniques such as the use of filters. On residential workshops, we stay in small hand-picked hotels on a bed and breakfast basis, which are usually situated right in the centre of the locations we'll be visiting. After the workshop, each guest is invited to a post-processing session as well as an invitation to my Facebook group.
