Adam Schallau Photo Tours

Adam Schallau is an internationally recognized photographer and photo tour leader whose portfolio captures the grand and intimate scenes of the American landscape. Adam seeks to convey the timeless beauty of our treasured National Parks and public lands through his photographs. He contributes to many books and magazines with covers on Arizona Highways, Cowboys & Indians, New Mexico Magazine, and National Geographic Traveler. His work has been used by Apple, the National Audubon Society, the National Park Service, Patagonia and many others. In 2017 Adam was recognized as the Photographer of the Year by the International Regional Magazine Association for his work in Arizona Highways Magazine. He is a recipient of the Luminous Endowment and was an Artist-in-Residence at Grand Canyon National Park. Adam, and his wife, Sally, live in a cabin amongst the tall ponderosa pines outside Flagstaff, Arizona, with their dog ‘Bear,’ a border collie mix rescued on the Navajo reservation.
