Autumn Color in Rocky Mountain National Park • Sept 24-28, 2023 – Estes Park, Colorado, USA

Spend five days in a variety of locations around the beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park during a photographer’s favorite time of the year – Autumn! The last week of September is generally the time for peak color in Northern Colorado and the peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park.

We will visit various great locations for fall foliage and classic RMNP areas, including sunrise on Dream Lake and sunset off Trail Ridge Road at 12,000′. There will be hands-on instruction in the field on the best ways to capture Fall colors and classroom work to better your photographic craft, including time to process and critique your images. Locations will include but are not limited to: waterfalls, forest streams, aspen groves, lakes, and mountain overlooks. We will end the workshop with a group slideshow and critique.
