Immerse yourself in the incredible history and culture of Venice, one of the world’s most beautiful and celebrated cities. With its magnificent Gothic and Renaissance architecture and maze of canals, it is truly a photographer’s paradise.

We will spend three nights there, photographing some of the city’s famous landmarks in the warm, soft light of the early morning and again venturing out after dark to photograph captivating traffic-free street scenes when the crowds of summer tourists have left them.

Then, onwards to the Dolomites, one of the most spectacular and easily-accessed mountain ranges on earth. Based in two centres, we will spend six days exploring remote alpine villages with their beautiful old churches, rifugios, lush green meadows, spectacular lakes and the extraordinary rugged peaks which tower above and dominate the landscape around us.
